Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Colorado is seeking compassionate Caregivers for in-home, patient-centered support. You will assist with daily living, meals, medication reminders, and social engagement to help clients live independently.

No formal caregiving experience required; high school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is helpful, and you will report to a care coordinator. We offer flexible hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
