Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking caring caregivers to provide in-home support with a compassionate, personalized approach. You will assist with daily activities, monitor medications, and help clients stay connected socially in the comfort of their own homes.

We value reliability, empathy, and strong communication. Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time positions, are available to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
