Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide in-home care to clients in the Lochbuie area. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, medication reminders, and social engagement to help patients live safely at home.

We welcome dedicated individuals of all backgrounds; 18+ with HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and eligibility documentation.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
