Pay Range

This range is provided by Golden Years Home Care. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Your Role:

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes
• Tailor activities to clients' interests for meaningful engagement

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or have an exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities:

• Personal care, light housework, meal preparation
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, activities of daily living (ADLs)
