Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking caring caregivers to support clients at home, delivering companionship, personal care, and daily living assistance. You will follow care plans, maintain safety, and help clients enjoy independence and comfort in their own homes. Training is provided and a supportive team environment awaits.

Ideal candidates show empathy, reliability, and a passion for helping others while upholding dignity and respect in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to follow care plans and directions
• Warm, respectful interaction with clients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation with clients
• Prepare and serve meals as needed
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and provide transportation when required
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors
