Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking a dependable Area Care Tech to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. The role suits experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced, in-home settings and value making a meaningful impact.

Daily Pay is available. You will assist with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, companionship, and accurate documentation across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition.
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas.
