Qualifications

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience in patient-support or similar.
• Experience managing high-volume inbound calls in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with medical terminology to document and route inquiries.
• Experience using an electronic health record (EMR) system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Outlook for collaboration.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred for patient communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound patient and caregiver calls with a compassionate, welcoming approach.
• Screen and route inquiries to the appropriate care team member.
• Escalate urgent or clinical concerns per protocol.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Support non-clinical requests and follow up on patient messages.
