Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and medication administration.
• Provide transportation support and accompany clients to appointments.
• Provide companionship and help integrate clients into the community.
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform.
• Observe client condition and monitor surroundings to ensure safety; inspect equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
