Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage schedules for clients and Care Professionals, ensuring quality matches.
• Answer incoming calls with warmth and professionalism.
• Monitor scheduling changes and respond quickly, including evenings and weekends.
• Coordinate with clients, families and Care Professionals to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling and care management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve care for existing clients.
• Support Care Professional engagement and sustain a positive team culture.
