You will assist with daily living activities and personal care, working closely with a partner to ensure safety and compassionate support around the clock.

We welcome dependable, patient, and caring individuals. Paid training is offered; flexible shifts include evenings, weekends, and overnights to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Able to work as part of a two-person team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with full-care daily living needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and personal hygiene.
• Provide support with lifting, transferring, and mobility.
• Follow individualized care and behavioral plans.
• Provide 24/7 supervision and support.
• Work with a second staff member to ensure safe, effective care.
