Home Instead is hiring part-time and full-time Care Pros to help aging adults stay safe and comfortable at home in Rochelle and surrounding communities. Care Pros receive paid training, benefits, and the opportunity to provide companionship and personal care with dignity and respect.

Care Pros must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be able to transport clients as needed. Prior to start, all candidates pass a background check and drug screening; scheduling ranges from 16 to 40

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner.
• Willingness to transport clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain clean, safe home environment and complete light housekeeping.
