Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner to join our dedicated team in Greenwood, IN. You will assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily activities, while maintaining a compassionate and responsive care environment.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, laundry, shift reporting, and supporting residents in enrichment activities. All training and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred for career development within a caring community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• License/certification for medication assistance as per state regulations preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and notes.
• Support residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and compassionate care.
• Communicate changes in residents' needs to supervisors and other departments.
• Respond to resident calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
