Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, bathroom routines, feeding, and daily activities.
• Coordinate with transportation for appointments and errands when needed.
• Record daily shift activities using the online platform.
• Monitor client safety and report changes to supervisor.
• Contribute to achieving client goals and community integration.
