Job summary

Pear Valley Senior Living - Central Point, OR is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate personal care to residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home.

You will monitor health, document changes, offer companionship, assist with meals, support social activities, communicate with families and team, and help with light housekeeping. English communication required; licensing docs and background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care to residents.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation may be required by state and background checks may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health or behavior for Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding when needed.
• Support residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with light housekeeping and cleanliness.
