Job summary

Milestone Retirement seeks compassionate Care Partners to support residents with daily living needs in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents’ conditions to the Health & Wellness team.

This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day. Join our team for part-time or full-time options, weekend and rotating holiday availability, on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including Word/Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident service plans in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.
• Document changes in resident condition per policy and state requirements.
• Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership.
• Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.
• Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately.
• Report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy.
• Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs.
• Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
