Job summary

Oaks At Gracemont Llc seeks a compassionate Carepartner to provide personalized care to residents in our assisted living community. You will support daily living activities, follow negotiated service plans, and respond to calls and emergencies with professionalism and warmth.

You will assist with meals, mobility, and activities, maintain dignity, and promote a person-centered lifestyle while complying with health, safety, and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care giving to older adults.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be 18 years of age with a satisfactory criminal history check.
• Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician and a negative drug screen.
• Maintain CPR & First Aid certification and understand infection control precautions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance to residents in line with the facility philosophy.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Protect confidentiality of resident and coworker information and follow care plans.
• Respond to resident calls and emergencies per policy.
• Assist with meals, dining room activities, and transportation during shifts.
• Keep rooms and common areas clean and sanitary; support families and residents respectfully.
