Job summary

Addington Place of Brunswick is seeking a Care Associate for the 7AM-3PM shift in assisted living. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and follow care plans while documenting care and communicating with supervisors.

The role requires at least one year in senior care, English proficiency, and possibly a CNA or CHHA license depending on state. A teamwork-focused, compassionate approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and escort services as needed.
• Follow resident care plans and supervisor schedules.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
