Job summary

Agincare Group in Richmond is expanding and joining our growing team as a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care, delivering dignity and companionship.

The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, a pension scheme, and on-demand pay. You’ll work 33 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Applicants should have care experience when possible, be compassionate and people-focused, and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• 33 hours per week with alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support.
• Administer and record medication.
• Assist with daily living activities.
