Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care that honours dignity and individuality
• Support residents with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, mobility and meals
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with residents and families
• Spot mood changes and unspoken needs, respond with empathy
• Work closely with your team to ensure shifts run smoothly, safely and supportively
• Keep accurate records and contribute to care plans that reflect each resident’s identity
