Job summary

Ashberry Healthcare Limited is seeking two friendly and compassionate Care Assistants for Moorhouse Care Home in Hindhead, Surrey. You will help residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity and comfort. Training will be provided and previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

Earn £15.15 per hour with enhanced rates for nights and overtime, plus a pension, referral bonuses and many staff benefits. DBS check is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with meals and fluids, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers as per their care plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement to promote wellbeing.
• Ensure residents' privacy, dignity, and respect are upheld at all times.
