Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System in Miami, FL seeks a Nursing- Support (Clinical) teammate to assist with direct patient care under RN supervision.

You will perform vital signs, help with feeding, bathing, and mobility, and support the healthcare team in delivering compassionate, family-centered care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• CNA or EMT licensed in Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, nutrition and comfort.
• Record vital signs, heights, weights, and measurements in EHR.
• Inform RN of changes in patient condition or behavior.
• Restock supplies and prepare rooms for turnover.
• Greet patients and families; communicate about services and support.
