Job summary

MediLodge of Howell is seeking a Resident Aide with no experience required to join our compassionate team. You will support the Nursing Department and residents by assisting with daily living activities, serving meals, and helping with laundry and mobility within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes residents’ beds.
• Labels resident clothing and belongings.
• Distributes personal and facility laundry.
• Passes meal trays and offers basic tray setup; may assist with feeding if competency demonstrated.
• Serves food and buses dishes in the dining room.
• Transports/escorts residents within the facility (dining areas, activities, resident care conferences).
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
