Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as assigned according to care plan.
• Maintain a safe environment and attend to residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Follow supervisor instructions and document care as required.
