Penzeys Spices is seeking dynamic, sincere, and kind individuals to join our call center staff on a Full Time Seasonal basis. Start now and work through the end of January. We operate in Brookfield, WI, with hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, Saturdays 9am–3pm, Sundays 11am–4pm, and a requirement to work weekends and some evenings.

A valid driver’s license is required. Pay is $17.00 an hour. In this role you will build relationships with customers over the phone, provide support, and assist in

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and empathy while handling calls.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and navigating multiple apps.

Responsibilities

• Place spice orders for customers via phone.
• Engage customers in friendly conversations to build relationships.
• Pick and pack customer orders.
• Explain current and upcoming promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Access email and basic computer systems to support daily tasks.
• Support day-to-day operations at the warehouse.
