Traditions of Medina is seeking a Bus Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for residents. You will help residents feel secure, comfortable, and cared for on every trip while maintaining clear records of trips and mileage.

Responsibilities include operating the vehicle safely, assisting residents entering and exiting, securing mobility devices, and reporting maintenance needs. A valid driver's license and prior experience with people with disabilities or in long-term care are a plus.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Six to 12 months of work experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and support up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and keep records.
• Ability to locate geographic locations.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities or in long-term care is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Safely and efficiently operate the assigned motor vehicle.
• Assist residents entering and leaving the vehicle.
• Ensure passengers are seated safely and securely.
• Secure mobility devices (walkers, wheelchairs).
• Keep records of each bus trip and riders present.
• Document mileage and trip times.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and notify for repairs.
