Job summary

Recreate Behavioral Health Network is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for an overnight, in-person role based in Boynton Beach, FL. You will conduct client intakes, orient new residents, and support well-being with a strong emphasis on safety and community integration.

The ideal candidate brings a High School diploma or equivalent and is ready to work in a fast-paced behavioral health setting. A valid driver's license is required, and prior experience in behavioral health is preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license required.
• 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and housing intakes for new clients
• Orient new clients to the facility and residential areas
• Act as a role model and advocate for clients
• Transport clients to appointments
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle challenges
• Support clients in the 12 Step Program
• Perform room and bag searches as needed
