Qualifications

• Must successfully complete CPR certification and Oceans approved de-escalation training.

Responsibilities

• Support nursing staff in maintaining a therapeutic milieu and assist with patient care activities under supervision.
• Perform vital signs, ADL support, meal and dietary adherence, and document findings for the nurse.
• Ensure patient safety, conduct unit safety checks, and manage belongings and mobility needs as required.
• Communicate patient observations and care status to the licensed nurse promptly and accurately.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and daily activities; tailor care to age-specific and cultural needs.
