Job summary

Zinnia Health is seeking dedicated staff to support operations and counseling in day-to-day client care. This role focuses on dependable completion of tasks, accurate documentation, and compassionate interaction with clients across shifts and locations.

Responsibilities include following protocols, transporting clients to appointments when cleared, data entry, and ensuring infection control. A strong emphasis is placed on confidentiality, teamwork, and flexible handling of emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of lived experience with substance use and/or mental health disorders for self, family member, or loved one.
• Must pass mandatory pre-employment screenings, check, and tests.
• Knowledge of counseling and treatment procedures for alcoholism and drug addiction and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Transports clients safely to doctor appointments and off-site meetings when cleared to drive.
• Types and performs data entry for communication purposes.
• Organizes and uploads documents to client files.
• Conforms to infection control protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Performs documentation on clients (e.g., rounds, vitals, group sessions).
• Inspects vehicles at shift change with prior staff, if applicable.
