Qualifications

• Ability to pass Federal, State and Local Law Level 2 background clearances.
• Ability to participate in CPR and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Make frequent rounds to ensure client safety.
• Observe clients and motivate them to participate in activities.
• Advise clients using de-escalation techniques.
• Document daily case notes and incidents.
• Assist clients in preparing for outside activities.
• Implement psycho-educational and recreational groups.
