Qualifications

• Direct patient care under supervision in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Liaison between patient and nurse; report changes and information.
• Accurate documentation for patient care.
• Complete patient rounding, 15-minute checks, and safety companion tasks.
• Collect patient data and screenings; participate in education.
