Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; prior experience in hospital or behavioral healthcare environment, patient care, and/or transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to and from behavioral healthcare services.
• Maintains a safe environment for patients, self, and co-workers.
• Communicates with team, co-workers, and patients in a positive and professional manner.
• Takes initiative to deliver the best customer service, even during times of stress.
• Knowledgeable of all aspects and functionalities of the client transportation system.
• Provides appropriate safety oversight and monitoring for all clients while in transport.
