Central Florida Behavioral Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Driver/Transporter in Orlando, FL. You will move patients to and from the hospital, ensure vehicles are clean and safe, and provide high quality non-medical patient care with strong customer service.

Attend required orientations and maintain accurate mileage logs while following safety standards. This role offers growth within UHS and related facilities, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work

Qualifications

• Level 2 Background Investigation is required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Experience in a psychiatric hospital setting or non-medical ambulance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation for patients to and from the hospital.
• Coordinates patient pick-up and drop-off routes and maintains daily mileage logs.
• Ensures safe, non-medical ambulance operations with good driving judgment.
• Keeps current knowledge of transportation standards including mapping and navigation.
