Job summary

West Oaks Hospital, a part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a responsible Driver/Patient Transportation to join our team. You will transport patients to and from clinics for scheduled appointments and assist with front office duties.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Texas driver license with clean record, CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications, and six months of driving and customer service experience. A one-year mental health worker background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications required.
• Six months of driving and customer service experience; one year preferred as mental health worker.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from clinics as directed.
• Respond to behavior crises and assist with crisis intervention.
• Provide front office and clerical support in the clinic.
