Job summary

Capitol Park in Minnesota is seeking full-time BHAs to provide personal care under clinical leadership. The role emphasizes patient safety, empathy, and professional conduct, with a pay range of $19–$23/hour and 8-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities include safety checks every 15 minutes, recording vital signs and notes in the medical record, assisting with ADLs, and engaging patients in rehabilitative groups and activities to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the facility's population preferred.
