Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living Geneva Road is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on care for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time positions include a $1000 sign-on bonus; flexibility for 4 on/2 off shifts, weekends and holidays, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in community activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
