Qualifications

• One year experience working with developmentally disabled adults is required.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and approved to drive by DDI’s Transportation Department are necessary.
• Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Support is needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff activities and create schedules for each shift.
• Train and supervise new staff in direct care tasks.
• Complete documentation for incidents as necessary.
