Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center is seeking a dedicated dietary team member to prepare meals in accordance with resident diet specifications and safety guidelines. You will work under the supervision of the Food Service Director to ensure meals meet community procedures and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safe food handling, sanitation, and collaborative teamwork in a supportive assisted living environment. FT hours with various shift times and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meals according to prescribed resident diet specifications and community procedures.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and safety standards in food preparation areas.
• Assist the Food Service Director and team to ensure smooth meal service to residents.
