Job summary

Encompass Health, a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation leader, seeks an Admissions Liaison to coordinate admissions for both inpatients and outpatients. You will receive referrals, validate information, and schedule admissions with accuracy and compassion.

One or more years in hospital admissions, clinician licensure preferred, CPR certified preferred, CRRN preferred. The role emphasizes multidisciplinary care and contributes to a supportive, inclusive culture across 150+ locations.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• CRRN preferred.
• A strong understanding of multidisciplinary care levels and at least one year of clinical experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Preform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
• Contribute to the referral process and input statistical data into hospital systems.
