Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking an Admissions Liaison to coordinate the admissions process for both inpatients and outpatients, ensuring a smooth referral flow and accurate patient listings.

The role includes validating information, handling referrals, scheduling admissions, and supporting a compassionate, patient-centered admissions experience across a nationwide rehab network.

Qualifications

• One or more years in hospital admissions procedures, preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Licensure as a clinician preferred.
• CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient admissions process for all patients.
• Perform pre-certifications.
• Assemble Admissions consent packets.
• Maintain accurate listing of all patients in hospital.
• Receive and verify referrals, gather essential information and execute necessary procedures for scheduling and admission.
• Contribute to the referral process and input data into hospital systems.
