Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor events
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff to gather input and feedback on activities
• Maintain accurate records of activity attendance and participation
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Provide support to residents with daily living activities, as needed
