Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey is seeking individuals for part-time ABA therapy support to help children with Autism reach their full potential. You will provide one-on-one services in home or community settings under clinical supervision, recording progress and supporting behavior change.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Flexible afternoon/evening hours make this ideal for students. Great introduction to psychology and ABA with real-world impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
