Reflections Retirement Community in Valparaiso, IN is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for the 3rd shift. You will deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan and report health changes to the clinical team.

Responsibilities include compassionate engagement with residents and families, adhering to privacy regulations, and participating in ongoing staff education. Indiana QMA certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must hold certification indicating completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through seminars and staff meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
