Job summary

Serene Gardens of Grand Blanc is seeking compassionate Caregivers for 3rd shift to support residents and their families. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow health and safety standards.
• Hoyer Lift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for residents, including showering, bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Assist with medication administration and ambulation.
• Support mobility to appointments and outdoor activities.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany residents to shops.
• Perform housekeeping tasks.
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies.
• Support daily living activities and meal service.
