Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with recipients across Southeast Michigan. You will provide in-home support, encouraging skill-building activities and helping clients reach personal goals outside their homes.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to support caregivers in delivering compassionate, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes for daily living activities.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients in community engagement to pursue personal goals.
• Follow approved care plans and document changes as needed.
