What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and improve large projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide oversight and support for clinical research activities, including the COMPASS-PC trial
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to operationalize research initiatives
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and ethical practices
- Mentor and coach team members while facilitating project success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience managing complex projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Project Management Certification (PMP) and/or Lean practitioner or Six Sigma green belt preferred

- Experience interfacing with executive leadership
- Proficient knowledge in four or more business operations disciplines
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
