Alto is hiring San Francisco drivers as a W-2 employee. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips using the Uber app.

Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, keep your tips, and access employee benefits. The role offers a starting hourly rate of $20.50 with raises after a month, weekly pay via direct deposit or On-Demand Pay, a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts, and basic healthcare including dental and vision.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on Uber app with no suspensions.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips.
• Provide safe, high-quality passenger experiences.
• Follow Alto safety protocols and use company devices for data collection.
