Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco to drive a company-provided luxury SUV as a W-2 employee. Earn hourly pay, tips, and employee benefits while delivering great rides for passengers.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour with raises after one month; top performers can earn over $25/hr including bonuses and tips. Eligible drivers can earn a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts, with weekly pay and On-Demand Pay options. Basic healthcare coverage (dental and vision) is included.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Keep safety as a priority and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet scheduled shifts and adhere to Alto policies.
