Job summary

Alto is seeking drivers to start immediately in San Francisco. You will drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips, earning hourly wages plus tips and employee benefits. The program includes a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts and options for weekly or on-demand pay, with healthcare coverage.

As a W-2 employee, you will enjoy safety features, shifts flexibility, and support from Alto’s driver team while driving in a city known for dynamic rideshare demand.

Qualifications

Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
Must be 25 years or older.
Must have a valid California driver's license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must have a clean driving record.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
Follow safety guidelines and provide excellent customer service.
