Job summary

Alto is hiring Rideshare Drivers in San Francisco. Join as a W-2 employee and drive a company-provided luxury SUV on the Uber app. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits, with weekly pay and the option for On-Demand Pay. A $1,000 bonus is offered after 25 shifts for eligible drivers.

We cover vehicle costs and provide safety features, so there are no out-of-pocket expenses. Flexible scheduling and the ability to take extra shifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive trips using the Uber app with a company-provided vehicle.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage, plus tips and employee benefits.
• Get paid weekly and can use On-Demand Pay for more frequent access to earnings.
