Job summary

Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco as W-2 employees. You’ll drive a company-provided luxury SUV, complete Uber trips, and earn an hourly wage plus tips and employee benefits. A $1,000 bonus is offered after 25 shifts, with weekly pay options and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with at least 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent customer service to riders.
• Meet scheduling needs and shifts; participate in the driver incentive program.
